Launched in December 2013, the “We Are Victorious” campaign highlights the growing statistic of HIV/ AIDS cases, specifically in the Hampton Roads community. It focuses on the prevention and education of the public on HIV/AIDS in an effort to bring awareness to what appears to be a hidden concern. This year, the committee looks forward to expanding their outreach to the entire east coast and collaborating with other organizations to combat the rising statistics of HIV/AIDS cases.
